Refund Process
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If your item is damaged or defective, email product@noraslightjournal.com with photos.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
