Preorder Items

Journals ship according to the preorder date listed on their product page.

Shipping Methods

• Ornaments and stickers: USPS First‑Class Mail (no tracking). Delivery is typically 5–10 business days.
• Journals: USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First‑Class Package with full tracking.

Delays

USPS delays may occur during holidays or weather events. If your order is overdue, contact us at product@noraslightjournal.com.

Lost Mail

Letter mail (ornaments and stickers) does not include tracking. If your order has not arrived 14 days past the estimated delivery window, email us so we can help.
